A properly sized furnace and AC replacement in Meridian
A builder-grade system at 16 years, an upstairs that never cooled, and a homeowner who'd been told to buy bigger. The load calculation said otherwise.

The challenge
The upstairs was always warm in summer, and another company had quoted a larger system to fix it. Our load calculation showed the original system was already oversized, which is why it short cycled and never ran long enough to pull the heat out of the upstairs.
What we did
We installed a two-stage furnace and a variable-speed air conditioner one size smaller than the old unit, then came back to balance the ductwork and adjust the dampers so more air reached the upstairs. The variable-speed system runs long, quiet cycles instead of blasting and stopping.
The result
An upstairs within two degrees of the downstairs for the first time, a quieter system, and lower bills from equipment that's sized right and runs at the speed the house needs.
In the homeowner's words
"Everyone else wanted to sell me a bigger unit. Bright Peak measured the house and put in a smaller one, and it's the first summer the upstairs has been comfortable."
