Ductless installation
Mini-split installation in Boise, Idaho
Single-zone or whole-house ductless, installed cleanly in a day or two.
- Family owned
- Licensed & insured
- Flat-rate pricing
- Same-day service
A clean install is the whole job
A mini-split is only as good as its installation. The line set has to be flared properly, the system pulled to a deep vacuum, the condensate run so it drains, and the indoor head placed where the air actually goes. Done right, it's quiet and invisible. Done carelessly, it leaks refrigerant in two years.
We've installed hundreds. Our crews flare and test every joint, pressure test with nitrogen, pull a vacuum to spec, and run line hides so the exterior stays tidy. Then we show you the remote and the app.
Single-zone systems are done in a day. Whole-house multi-zone installs take two or three.

Where we install them

Heat in January, cool in July, and no more space heater. One of our most common calls.
Bonus rooms and additions
The room over the garage that's never been comfortable gets its own system.
Older homes
Whole-house ductless for bungalows and ranches that never had ducts.
Short-term rentals
Quiet, zone-by-zone comfort guests can control, with filters you can wash.

Mini-Split Installation questions
Can one outdoor unit serve several rooms?+
Yes. Multi-zone outdoor units run two to five indoor heads, each with its own control.
Where does the outdoor unit go?+
On a pad or a wall bracket, ideally out of the way of roof snow slides and with clear airflow. We'll walk the house with you to pick the spot.
Do you need a permit?+
Yes, and we pull it. Electrical and mechanical permits are part of the job.

What your neighbors are saying
“Our furnace quit on a Sunday night in January. They were here Monday morning, showed me the cracked igniter, gave me a price and had it running in under an hour. No upsell, no drama.”
“Second opinion saved us thousands. Another company said we needed a whole new system. Bright Peak found a failed capacitor and a dirty coil. That was two summers ago and it's still running fine.”
“They installed two ductless heads in our old North End house in a day. The crew was polite, cleaned up, and walked us through the remotes. We finally have air conditioning.”
