One company for the whole mechanical room
The furnace, the air conditioner or heat pump, the ductwork, the water heater and the air quality equipment all share the same utility room and the same airflow. Having one company that understands all of it means the technician who notices the water heater weeping during a furnace tune-up can tell you, and the one sizing a new AC checks the ductwork can carry the air.

The technician tests the system, shows you what they found, and gives you a flat price before any work starts.

We fix it and clean up
Most repairs finish the same visit. You get a written warranty, the readings, and a utility room cleaner than we found it.
Questions we hear a lot
Do you charge a diagnostic fee?+
A flat fee for a repair visit, waived when you go ahead with the repair, and waived entirely for Comfort Club members. Estimates for new equipment are free.
Which brands do you work on?+
Every major residential brand sold in Idaho. For new equipment we install a few brands we trust and will tell you which model we'd choose for your home and budget.
Do you offer financing?+
Yes, on new systems, with monthly payment options subject to credit approval. Details are on the financing page.
Are you available on weekends?+
Saturdays, yes. In the heat of summer and the cold of winter we run extended hours for no-cool and no-heat calls.
