Tank or tankless?
A tank heater is simpler and cheaper to install. A tankless heater costs more up front, lasts longer, uses less gas and never runs out. For a family of four with two showers running in the morning, tankless is a genuine upgrade. For a small household in a house with limited gas supply, a good tank is the sensible choice. We'll size either one properly.

Water Heaters questions
How long does a water heater last?+
A tank heater, 10 to 12 years in our water. A tankless, 20 or more with annual descaling.
How fast can you replace a water heater?+
A standard tank swap is a few hours, usually the same day you call. Tankless installs take most of a day because of venting and gas line work.
Do you install tankless water heaters?+
Yes. We install, descale and repair tankless units, and we'll tell you honestly whether your gas supply and household size make one a good fit.

What your neighbors are saying
“Our furnace quit on a Sunday night in January. They were here Monday morning, showed me the cracked igniter, gave me a price and had it running in under an hour. No upsell, no drama.”
“Second opinion saved us thousands. Another company said we needed a whole new system. Bright Peak found a failed capacitor and a dirty coil. That was two summers ago and it's still running fine.”
“They installed two ductless heads in our old North End house in a day. The crew was polite, cleaned up, and walked us through the remotes. We finally have air conditioning.”
