What you get as a member
The Comfort Club is simple on purpose. One price, two visits a year, a real discount when something breaks, and your name at the top of the board when it's 100 degrees out.
Every membership includes:
- ✓Fall furnace tune-up and spring AC tune-up, booked for you
- ✓15% off all repairs and accessories
- ✓Priority scheduling over non-members
- ✓$100 credit toward a new system for every year of membership
- ✓No diagnostic fee on service calls
- ✓A written report with readings after every visit
- ✓Reminders from us, so nothing slips
$24 a month, or $279 a year
Monthly memberships run for a year. Repairs needed before a tune-up can be completed are quoted separately at the member discount. Evaporator coil cleaning is in-place. Homes outside our standard service area may carry a small trip charge. The new-system credit accrues per completed membership year and is applied to equipment installed by Bright Peak.

Why maintenance is worth paying for
Most of the emergency calls we run in January and July are things a tune-up would have caught in October or April: a flame sensor that needed cleaning, a capacitor reading low, a coil matted with cottonwood. Fixing those on a scheduled visit costs a fraction of a weekend emergency, and it keeps the manufacturer's warranty valid, since nearly all of them require documented annual service.
The membership pays for itself the first time something needs attention. Two tune-ups alone cost more than the annual price, before the repair discount or the waived diagnostic fee.
Each visit
What a maintenance visit covers
- 01
Fall: the furnace
Burners and flame sensor cleaned, igniter tested, heat exchanger inspected, gas pressure and temperature rise measured, safeties tested, blower and capacitor checked, filter replaced.
- 02
Spring: the air conditioner
Outdoor coil washed, indoor coil and drain checked, refrigerant charge and temperature split measured, capacitor and contactor tested, electrical connections tightened, filter replaced.
- 03
Every time: the report
You get the readings in writing, what's fine, what's wearing, and what to budget for. No surprises, no pressure.
Comfort Club questions
How do I join?+
Send the form below or call (208) 944-6096. We'll set up the membership and book your first visit for the coming season.
Can I pay monthly?+
Yes, $24 a month, which runs for a year. Or $279 for the year up front.
What if I have a heat pump or a ductless system?+
Same membership, two visits a year. Heat pumps and mini-splits run year round, so twice-a-year service matters even more for them.
Does the membership transfer if I move?+
It stays with the home for the rest of the term, which a buyer tends to appreciate. Or we can move it to your new house if it's in our service area.
Is there a contract?+
A monthly membership runs for a year. After that it continues month to month and you can cancel any time.
Reviews
What your neighbors are saying
“Our furnace quit on a Sunday night in January. They were here Monday morning, showed me the cracked igniter, gave me a price and had it running in under an hour. No upsell, no drama.”
“Second opinion saved us thousands. Another company said we needed a whole new system. Bright Peak found a failed capacitor and a dirty coil. That was two summers ago and it's still running fine.”
“They installed two ductless heads in our old North End house in a day. The crew was polite, cleaned up, and walked us through the remotes. We finally have air conditioning.”
