Water heater repair
Water heater repair in Boise, Idaho
No hot water, not enough, or a leak. Diagnosed and fixed, usually same day.
- Family owned
- Licensed & insured
- Flat-rate pricing
- Same-day service
Most water heater problems are quick fixes
A pilot that won't stay lit, an element that quit, a thermostat set wrong, a pressure relief valve weeping. Most water heater calls are an hour's work and a part we carry.
We'll diagnose it, give you a flat price, and tell you straight if the tank itself is failing. A leak from the tank body means replacement; almost anything else is a repair.

Common problems
What we fix most
No hot water
A failed element or thermostat on electric, a pilot or thermocouple on gas. Same-day fixes.
Not enough hot water
Sediment buildup, a failed lower element, or a tank that's too small for the house.
Leaking
From a fitting or the relief valve: repair. From the tank body: replacement.
Rumbling or popping
Sediment boiling at the bottom of the tank. A flush helps; a lot of sediment means the tank is aging.

Water Heater Repair questions
Is a leaking water heater an emergency?+
Turn off the water supply to the tank and give us a call. A leak from a fitting is a repair. A leak from the tank body means the tank is done, and we'll replace it the same day in most cases.
Why does my hot water run out so fast?+
Sediment taking up space in the tank, a lower heating element that failed, or a tank that was always too small. We'll check all three.

What your neighbors are saying
“Our furnace quit on a Sunday night in January. They were here Monday morning, showed me the cracked igniter, gave me a price and had it running in under an hour. No upsell, no drama.”
“Second opinion saved us thousands. Another company said we needed a whole new system. Bright Peak found a failed capacitor and a dirty coil. That was two summers ago and it's still running fine.”
“They installed two ductless heads in our old North End house in a day. The crew was polite, cleaned up, and walked us through the remotes. We finally have air conditioning.”
