Hot water that doesn't run out
A tankless water heater heats water as it flows through, so there's no tank to empty. Two showers and the dishwasher at once, and the last person still gets a hot shower. It hangs on the wall the size of a suitcase, uses gas only when you're using hot water, and lasts about twice as long as a tank.
The installation is the real work. A tankless needs enough gas supply, proper venting and a condensate drain, and the sizing has to match your home's peak demand. We've installed enough to know what fits and what doesn't, and we'll tell you honestly.

Does a tankless water heater really never run out?+
As long as the unit is sized for your peak flow, yes. The limit is how many gallons a minute it can heat, not how many gallons are stored. We size it for the biggest morning your house has.
Why does a tankless need descaling?+
Treasure Valley water is hard. Mineral scale builds up inside the heat exchanger and cuts efficiency. An annual flush with a descaling solution keeps it running like new.
Is there a rebate for tankless?+
Gas utility rebates for high-efficiency tankless heaters are common. We'll check what applies and handle the paperwork.
