Winter air that doesn't dry everything out
When the furnace runs through a Boise winter, indoor humidity can fall below 15 percent. That's drier than most deserts. It's why floors gap, doors shrink, lips crack and everyone gets shocked at the light switch.
A whole-home humidifier mounts on the furnace, draws water from a small line, and adds moisture to the air on every heating cycle. Set it once, around 35 to 40 percent, and the house feels warmer at a lower thermostat setting.

Humidifiers questions
Bypass or fan-powered?+
A bypass humidifier is simpler and cheaper and works well for most homes. A fan-powered unit adds more moisture for larger or leakier houses. We'll recommend the right one for your square footage.
What maintenance does a humidifier need?+
A new water panel each fall and a quick check that the drain is clear. We do it as part of the Comfort Club fall visit.

What your neighbors are saying
“Our furnace quit on a Sunday night in January. They were here Monday morning, showed me the cracked igniter, gave me a price and had it running in under an hour. No upsell, no drama.”
“Second opinion saved us thousands. Another company said we needed a whole new system. Bright Peak found a failed capacitor and a dirty coil. That was two summers ago and it's still running fine.”
“They installed two ductless heads in our old North End house in a day. The crew was polite, cleaned up, and walked us through the remotes. We finally have air conditioning.”
