The job
Condo rules limited where the outdoor unit could go, so we worked with the association to place it on an approved bracket and ran the line sets through a utility chase. Two wall heads, one in the main room and one in the bedroom.
The result
Heating that handles McCall winters, air conditioning for the summer crowds, and a power bill well under the old baseboards.
