The job
Bonus rooms over garages are the hardest rooms in a house to condition: three exterior walls, a garage below, and a duct run at the end of the line. Instead of fighting the ductwork, we gave the room its own system.
The result
A teenager's room that's the same temperature as the rest of the house, and a main system that no longer runs flat out trying to reach it.
